The hotel facilities, including the pool and beach area, were fantastic. Cleanliness was great in all areas, including by the pools and on the stretch of beach. The location to the beach at the hotel was perfect, especially for families with children who would love the nearby waterpark. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious.

I had a fantastic time at this resort. The location was perfect, with the Mall of The Emirates just a short distance away, making it convenient for shopping trips. The beach was also within close proximity, allowing for a relaxing day by the water. The variety of restaurants in the Jumeirah Hotels offered a wide selection of cuisines, and the breakfast choices were delicious. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The service throughout my stay was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. I also enjoyed the stunning view of the Burj Al Arab from my room. the resort had great facilities, such as a water park and easy transportation options.

There were occasional lapses in service, such as staff members waking guests unnecessarily or difficulties with luggage assistance.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel was an amazing experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel valued and well taken care of. the exclusive amenities were luxurious, especially the spa and wellness centre. the indoor swimming pool was a treat, as was the Jacuzzi and sauna. the outdoor swimming pool was beautifully maintained, and the beach access was fantastic. the massage and spa lounge were also exceptional, and we felt truly pampered.

The only issue was the construction noise outside, which slightly detracted from our experience. this was a minor inconvenience and did not overshadow the many positive aspects of the hotel.

The service provided by the staff was great, they were friendly and professional throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with very good restaurants and a fine beachfront location. I particularly enjoyed dining at Shimmers, where I got to enjoy delicious food while overlooking the beach. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities. One thing that impressed me was the quick response to any issues I had. When I reported a problem with the lock on my door, it was fixed within 15 minutes. The hotel also offered a variety of activities, from abra rides to buggies, providing an enjoyable and convenient experience. I cannot wait to go back to this amazing hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the spa and wellness center was exceptional and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were of the highest standard. the beach access was perfect and the rooftop pool had stunning views. the sun terrace was spacious with an abundance of sun loungers and there was a beautiful garden area to relax in. the location advantages were second to none.

The service was excellent with the exception of one minor issue; the poolside snack bar was a little slow with their service.
